Serbian Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic paid a visit to Vietnam February 26 - March 2. He was received by the Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh. During the visit, the MoU on mutual recognition of the full market economy status, and the Agreement of avoiding double taxation have been signed. Both sides agreed that the traditionally good political relations should be expanded to other areas, as well as about the need to complete the legal framework of cooperation.
